After completing your purchase, your printed notes are shipped with tracked delivery. Express delivery typically arrives within 2–3 business days in Ireland, subject to carrier timings and not guaranteed. Available options and charges for other destinations are shown at checkout.

Because printed notes are physical products, general satisfaction-based refunds are not offered.

A partial refund of 25% may be available if a student can demonstrate that they purchased and used the notes, sat the main exam sitting and failed, and also sat and failed the resit/autumn sitting for the same subject.

Students who fail the first sitting but do not attempt the resit are not eligible. Supporting documentation will be required to process any refund claim.

ACA Notes Reader may be refundable within 7 days of purchase. If Reader access was purchased as part of a discounted print + digital bundle, the refund may be adjusted so the retained printed notes are not kept at a bundle discount.

Reader access supplied free, as a bonus, or as part of a promotion or other private offer is not refundable unless required by law. Reader access is also not refundable where the purchase is made within 10 calendar days before the first examination date for the relevant module or sitting. For orders with multiple modules, this applies if any included module falls within that window.

To request a refund, contact us via the contact page with your order details and the relevant supporting documentation. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with the policy above.

ACA Notes Tutor purchases are eligible for a partial refund on a time-based sliding scale:

• Within 1 month of purchase: 30% refund
• Within 2 months of purchase: 10% refund
• After 2 months: no refund available
