ACA Reader Access Terms
Last updated: May 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to ACA Reader access only. ACA Reader is separate from ACA Notes Tutor. If your order includes digital Reader access, these terms apply alongside the main Terms of Use, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Personal licence
ACA Reader access is personal, non-transferable, and provided only for the purchaser's own study. Your account gives you access only to the Reader modules purchased as part of your order. It does not give access to modules you have not purchased.
2. What is allowed
You may read your purchased modules inside the secure ACA Reader and use the material for your own ACA exam preparation. Reader access is designed for personal study, progress tracking, bookmarks, and subject search across the modules you have purchased.
3. What is not allowed
You must not share login links, accounts, devices, sessions, screenshots, recordings, photos, copied extracts, printed copies, downloaded or saved copies, scraped content, or redistributed material from ACA Reader.
You must not bypass, disable, reverse-engineer, automate, overload, interfere with, or attempt to work around Reader security controls, access controls, monitoring controls, or product-protection measures.
4. Monitoring and product protection
ACA Reader monitors usage, device and session activity, access patterns, protected page activity, and behaviour that may indicate sharing, scraping, copying, automated access, or other misuse.
Where the system detects suspected abuse or illicit behaviour, it may automatically require re-authentication, restrict sessions, block protected actions, pause access, or flag the account for review. These controls help protect the integrity of the ACA Notes materials and keep the Reader available for genuine student use.
5. Consequences of misuse
If these Reader terms are breached, Reader access may be paused, restricted, revoked, or reviewed. ACA Notes may also take reasonable steps to protect the study materials and prevent further misuse.
6. Privacy notice
Reader monitoring involves personal data. The Privacy Policy explains what data may be collected, why it is processed, the lawful basis for processing, how long it is retained, your data protection rights, and who to contact with privacy questions.
The purpose of Reader monitoring is product protection, account security, abuse prevention, and maintaining a fair study environment for legitimate purchasers.
7. Support
If you believe your Reader access was paused or restricted by mistake, contact info@acanotes.com and include the email address used for your purchase.
