Products and purchasing

Printed study notes

Printed study notes are physically printed and dispatched with tracked delivery. By purchasing, you are ordering a printed copy of the notes for your personal, non-commercial study use.

Prices are stated in Euro (€) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. All orders are subject to availability.

We take reasonable care to ensure notes are accurate at the time of writing. However, exam syllabuses and technical content can change. Always check the current CAI syllabus. ACA Notes is not responsible for exam outcomes.

AI Tutor

AI Tutor is a custom GPT accessible via a link sent to your email address after purchase. It is a digital product.

AI Tutor is designed as a study aid — not a definitive source of technical authority. It can make mistakes. Always verify important points against authoritative and official sources. ACA Notes is not responsible for any reliance on AI Tutor responses.

AI Tutor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI).

Your access to AI Tutor is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or distribute your access link.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. ACA Notes does not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you authorise payment of the stated amount.

All prices are in Euro (€). For customers outside the Eurozone, your card issuer will apply their own exchange rate.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and within the study notes — including text, structure, design, and compilation — is the intellectual property of ACA Notes. You may use it for your own personal study only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or commercially exploit any part of the study notes or website content without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACA Notes' liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

We are not liable for exam outcomes, consequential losses, or any loss arising from reliance on the content of the study notes or AI Tutor.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
